At ITSA Food Group, sustainability is at the core of our operations. Our sustainability efforts focus on key areas such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and collaboration with pro-sustainability organisations across the food industry.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we proudly partner with OpenHive, a Dublin-based beekeeping company dedicated to biodiversity. OpenHive’s natural beekeeping methods align perfectly with our values, and by hosting their hives on the roof of one of our sister restaurants, we actively support local bee populations and help preserve the endangered Irish black honeybee. We are working towards a greener, more sustainable future, one honeybee at a time.
